As the editor for the short film Rerouted, I took on the crucial task of shaping the narrative and enhancing the visual appeal of this quarantine-inspired comedy. It presented unique challenges that demanded creative editing solutions.
I meticulously crafted the film's storyline, ensuring that every moment contributed to the comedic narrative's pacing and impact. The visual style I aimed for was vibrant and colorful, reminiscent of the iconic sitcoms of the '90s. This choice of color palette added depth to the humor and resonated with the film's lighthearted theme.
I worked diligently to ensure the film's seamless flow and comedic timing. The result was a project that not only met the expectations of Azzume Productions but also brought to life the cross-cultural adventure of Charlie, our lovable protagonist, as he navigated the challenges of a pandemic-inspired story.
